Once enrolled, students organise themselves into groups with an Award Leader guiding them.

  • Year 9 students learn to plan routes and develop their map reading skills
  • Year 10 students complete an overnight camping trip by pitching tents and cooking on stoves
  • Sixth Form students demonstrate their skills moving on to the Silver Award and the Gold Award

 

School Houses

Students and staff members are part of one of four School Houses, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. House points are earned across Sports Day, academics, talent shows, speech competitions and by upholding school values.

At the end of the year, the house with the most points is awarded the Annual House Shield.

Breakfast Club

Our British International School in Barcelona opens the school's door at 9am, classes start at 9.15am and end at 4.15pm.

For parents who need to drop off their children earlier, the Breakfast Club comes to the aid. Children enjoy a healthy and balanced breakfast offered by the school, always under the supervision of our staff.
