Grow the world’s most curious, confident minds
At St. George Barcelona, students gain from personalised attention from their teachers. These are the main links between home and school, providing essential support, keeping a close eye on academic progress and taking care of any personal, social or academic issues. Here, a close relationship with families is ensured, as it allows children to learn in an environment that puts them first.
As part of International Schools Partnership - ISP, we belong to a global family dedicated to growing curious, confident minds. If you share this passion for learning and supporting each child individually in reaching their dreams, we’d love you to join us.

A culture that supports all our colleagues to learn, grow, and develop with us and enables our students to learn better than they might do anywhere else
Uniting and respectful
An equitable and inclusive culture, based on values of respect and kindness, that unites all of us throughout our regions and schools to work together, in partnership
Engaging and inspiring
A culture built on integrity, transparency, and trust that inspires belonging and ownership and which our people feel compelled to uphold, emulate, and share
Getting better
A listening culture underpins a collaborative way of working, where we challenge and support one another to get better by sharing and being receptive to feedback
Safeguarding
Keeping children safe, healthy and happy is at the heart of everything we do. This means creating an environment where they can focus on learning and thrive.
Everyone in our school community—no matter their role—shares this responsibility. Safeguarding isn’t just a policy; it’s a commitment to protecting children from harm, supporting their well-being and ensuring they have the best possible start in life.
By joining our school, you become part of this shared commitment. We all play a role in keeping children safe.
All roles require rigorous vetting, including references, an online due diligence search and Criminal Background Checks (or equivalent) covering the past 10 years.
Professional development
As part of a global organisation, we offer exciting opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures. We invest in the continuous growth of our team, providing access to world-class professional development.Through the ISP Learning Hub, our people engage with courses covering our learning approach, core learning pillars, AI and EdTech and more. From our Leadership Pathways to the New Teacher Programme, we support career progression at every stage, ensuring our teachers and non-teachers thrive in a culture of innovation and lifelong learning.
I felt very comfortable and safe at St George. The staff created an atmosphere of trust and understanding for all students, even when so many came from diverse backgrounds.
Jacob Goad, Student
St George was a school that allowed me to grow my confidence in both academia and in myself. Going to a school with such a diverse mix of cultures and languages has given me a wider understanding of the world. I hugely enjoyed the range of subjects that the school had to offer as it allowed me to gain a variety of different skills throughout sixth form. I am still grateful to all the amazing teachers that helped me and my peers master these difficult skills. I think I speak for most when I say that I felt very comfortable and safe at St George. The staff created an atmosphere of trust and understanding for all students, even when so many came from different backgrounds and cultures. I believe this was why I felt so welcomed when I first joined the school and continued to feel supported throughout my time at St George.
